Message from the Representative

Customers who want to build a system do not always arrive with their own issue fully articulated. It is not uncommon for them to come to us before they have sorted out what they are struggling with, where the real bottleneck lies, or what shape would fit them best.

I believe that is precisely when the value of an engineer is tested. An engineer should not be someone who simply builds what is ordered as-is. An engineer should understand the customer’s situation and background, look through to the purpose beyond it, think about what is truly needed, and be able to propose it themselves.

Thinking of the customer, looking further to the needs of the users and clients behind them, and delivering value that exceeds expectations. Building up a track record of work that makes customers glad they asked us. I founded KomuraSoft LLC because I wanted to build that kind of company.

I also believe that technology is not something reserved for specialists — it is infrastructure that supports society as a whole. That is why, alongside contracted development and technical support, we want to contribute to lifting the broader technical capability of society through technical education and public writing, even if only a little.

I will continue to treat each engagement with care — being faithful to the customer in front of us, thinking for ourselves about a better form and proposing it, and keeping technology open to society.
